Emotional Healing at a Cellular Level – Interview with Luis Diaz
Today I have the great pleasure of being the host on Day number 9 of the Virtual Blog Tour for Memory in the Cells by author Luis Angel Diaz.
Newly translated from the popular Spanish edition, author Luis Diaz describes his book Memory in the Cells as “where Eckhart Tolle meets What the Bleep Do We Know, but taking you on a much more practical journey.” He says Memory in the Cells teaches “emotional education” and shows the reader how to transform the “pain body” into the “joy body”, helping to heal all aspects of their lives.
Yesterday, Luis visited Lisa Schrader`s Blog at http://lisaschrader.blogspot.com/ .For today’s stop on the tour, I decided to ask Luis some questions about healing and transformation.

Rochele: Do you remember your first transformation experience? Can you describe how it happened – and then how you knew things had transformed?
Luis: We are all energy. Do you agree? I knew this rationally since I was a teenager because I learned it at school.
But I was 40 when I got to experience it in my own body. That was through feeling deep fear. After it I realized that I am inside as big as the known universe is outside of me!
That experience gave me basically, deep peace and it transformed my view of myself, the role of my body and the way I perceive life in general.
For those that want to know the details, they are described in my book, “Memory in the cells”
Rochele: How did you develop your methods for helping others to transform Memories / Beliefs / Stuck Emotion?
Luis: After this experience, I started using what I had learned in it, with my clients and I saw how well it was working! Then I offered my first workshop on the subject that I called: Pain Body Release and had 90 people right away! I knew that something powerful was coming!
The funny thing is that I’ve never intended to create a system or a methodology so all this has been a great surprise for me. My clients and my own experience have been my main source of inspiration and motivation. The tools and exercises I created were a natural result of my experiences.
Rochele: You truly understand the difference between healing and transformation. How did you come to that understanding – and how do you explain it to others?
Luis: Imagine that you are in prison and you fix your cell very nicely. So, you put a Persian rug and colorful wall paper. Nice furniture and you even hung some drapes on the windows.
In the meantime, you neighbor across the ally, is working day and night to make a hole in the ground that goes all the way across the field and out to freedom.
The difference between healing and transformation for me is like that. The first one, helps you live more comfortable in your body, the second one leads you to real freedom and connects you with who you really are: unlimited love, power and creation.
